Delivery Fee – Start from R65 depending on courie and size of item

We usually take 3-5 days to package and dispatch orders. Courier collects Monday to Friday and you should receive your orders within 2-7 working days depending on where you are based.

Please note that we try our best to ensure that you receive your packages timely, however we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind. Especially if you do not live in a main city.

  • Johannesburg: 1-3 days
  • Durban: 1-3 days
  • Cape Town, East London and Port Elizabeth: 2-5 days
  • Outlying areas, Small Town areas may take around 7 working days. (if you are in a remote area it can be up to 14 working days).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, farms and rural areas. All shipping is Door-to-Door shipping, if you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an email at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, however please notify us before we dispatch your package.

PostNet
PostNet shipping fees vary according to the destination and parcel size. The applicable fee will be confirmed before dispatch.

The Courier Guy
Courier fees are calculated based on the delivery address, parcel size, and service selected. The applicable fee will be confirmed before dispatch.
