Delivery Fee – Flat rate of R65 (Orders above R1000 qualify for Free Shipping)

We usually take 1-2 days to package and dispatch orders. Courier collects Monday to Friday and you should receive your orders within 1-5 working days depending on where you based.

Please note that we try our best to ensure that you receive your packages timely, however we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind. Especially if you do not live in a main city.

  • Johannesburg: 1-3 days
  • Durban: 1-3 days
  • Cape Town, East London and Port Elizabeth: 2-5 days
  • Outlying areas, Small Town areas may take around 7 working days. (if you are in a remote area it can be up to 14 working days).

  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, farms and rural areas. All shipping is Door-to-Door shipping, if you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an email at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, however please notify us before we dispatch your package.

    Orders typically take 24-48 business hours to process and leave our facility. Delivery may take between 7 – 10 Business Days. Additional customs fees may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of South Africa. Hey Babe is not responsible for any parcel a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our address.
