However, customers may request one exchange within 7 working days of receiving their item, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories or packaging included.

Exchange Conditions

• Only one exchange per purchase is permitted.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
• The replacement item must be of the same or higher value. Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is completed.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or misused may not qualify for an exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item received was incorrect or materially different from the listing.
• All items are quality, fairly used thrift pieces, so normal signs of previous use are not considered defects.
