We usually take 1-2 days to package and dispatch orders. Courier collects Monday to Friday and delivery thereafter is 1-5 working days depending on where you based. Unfortunately, we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind. This is integral if you do not live in a main city. Please also consider that public holidays and weekends may influence delivery.

  • Johannesburg: 1-3 days
  • Durban: 1-3 days
  • Cape Town, East London and Port Elizabeth: 2-5 days

Outlying/Small Town areas may take up to 7 days (if you are in a remote area it can be
up to 2 weeks)

Rest of Africa: Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, farms and rural areas. All shipping is Door-to-Door shipping, if you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an email at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, however please notify us before we dispatch your package

 

Hey Babe has a strict 7 day return/exchange policy. The 7 days are calculated from the day you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, all inclusive of the box and ribbon.

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a gift voucher will be emailed to you or a refund will be made into your bank account.

Exchanges work similarly, once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a gift voucher to the value of your item to purchase your exchange. We do not do spot exchanges as we all items must go through an inspection process.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund pierced jewelry, Satin Scrunchies and The Egg Detangling Brush due to hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, usually in the form of your electronic invoice emailed upon purchase.

Unfortunately we are unavailable for pick ups and based online only.

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments except at markets and pop ups.

Unfortunately, we do not allow viewings as we are based online only, but do we plan on having pop up’s and attending various markets where you are most welcome to bring your dresses and material to match. You’re also most welcome to send through your images of your dresses and material, we sometimes can advise which scarf colours will work well.

We may offer suggestions and advise upon questions regarding our products however, The final decision is ultimately up to you. We cannot be held liable if colours do not match or suit to your liking.

All scarves ordered online are boxed in our white premium gloss boxes with satin ribbon. Boxing styles may vary due to promotional months or limited edition seasons or ranges. Bags and accessories are packaged in our branded Ziploc storage pouches.

If you require individual packaging or labelling of boxes, please include this in special instructions to seller or drop us an email. Unless requested, scarves will be packaged together. Please note, this does not apply to sale or items on promotion.

Packaging terms may differ during sale or promotion time. Sale scarves may only be packaged in our Branded Ziploc Storage Pouches. Boxing may be available at an additional cost, please email info@onlinethriftstore.co.za to find out more information.

If you’re asking this question it means black is sold out, every range of scarf that we stock will be available in black. We stock black scarves in much larger quantities, but these sell out extremely fast. So keep checking our website for updates!
