Use our menu or search facility to find specific products or collections that you are looking for.
If you are using a desktop or laptop, the search facility can be identified by looking for the magnifying glass icon which will be located on the top right hand side corner of your screen.
If you are using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet, tap on the burger icon (The 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner of your screen, and yes, it’s called a burger). The search bar will then display on the top of the menu
Once you find something that you really like, click on the product. This will load the product page of the item which you have clicked on. Click on the plus or minus sign to adjust the quantity that you’d like to purchase, then hit the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Review Your Cart
Check if you have everything in your cart (if you’re still thinking about it, you should take it!).
Please ensure that you’re happy with your chosen colors and quantity. If you’re happy, hit the ‘Checkout’ button
Inform us
Start by filling out your email address, full name, and shipping address. Please fill out your FULL address; your street and number, suburb, your unit number and name of building (if applicable) if you stay in an apartment or complex. Fill out your cellphone number, this helps getting your package to you more efficiently.
Payment
You can use our safe and secure Payfast feature to pay using your credit card, instant EFT or Payfast wallet. We accept payments from all major banks.
Alternatively you can pay using manual EFT, please don’t forget to reference your payment with your name and order #, drop us an email with your Proof of Payment within 72 hours. You can also use this option for bank/cash deposits.
If you pay by credit card you will be redirected to the Payfast website where you will be prompted to complete your purchase. There is no need to send us proof of payment and your order will immediately be fulfilled. If you have chosen to pay by EFT, the banking details will pop up, you may then proceed to complete your order, the banking details are also available on your order confirmation which is emailed to you.
You're DONE!
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and invoice. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days and your tracking number will be updated via email, alternatively it is available under your order history when you sign in to our website.
